For music lovers and eQ fans alike, March 28th marks the release of more good music from one of Canada's finest that's doing it, "The Scenic Route". This March we've been breaking records out here in Toronto with the weather, and that's indicative of the way Elaquent has been approaching his craft. Fresh off the release of an EP earlier this month with one of San Diego's beloved MC/Producers in Mr. Brady, "Sayin Somethin" featured the likes of heavy hitters, LMNO, Moka Only, and Piff. The 6 track EP is nothing short of what you would expect from two talented music livers. Check it out!
If you live in and around the Toronto area hopefully you've had a chance to experience an Elaquent show or two. He's rocked shows alongside another one of Canada's finest, Sunclef, beat juggernaut Dibia$e, Detroits ambassador, House Shoes, and many more. If you haven't had the opportunity to check him out. Peep the footage from a recent show in Toronto @ "Respect The Artform" put on by UnknownFunkHero.
"The Scenic Route" is a definite start to finish listen with soothing vocal features from songstress Krae on "Black Magic", Coincidence & Bahwee on "Palm Tree Shit", and Octavio Santos on the lead single "Grey Poupon"
With the whirlwind of life and little time for vacation, make sure to mark the 28th of March on your calendar as a day to go on a trip through "The Scenic Route" with Elaquent. HW&W Recordings/stillMuzik www.huhwhatandwhere.com
